A suspect involved in the June 5, 2014 Apache County, Arizona police encounter has been identified as Noah Merrill.
Grand Canyon Daily News first heard about the event on April 8, 2015 after the arresting agency released the information to the public. Merrill was detained and later charged for a driving-related offense, according to Grand Canyon Daily News's analysis of the official report.
When booked, Mr. Merrill was described as a white man, 5' 8" tall, 160 lbs, 20 years old, blue colored eyes, and blonde hair. Few additional details were recorded in the report.
